Bad job. You feel like a rat who spins in a cage
The Dashboard cam is very stressful, activated by the G force. Gonna work most of the weekends for a very small wage. To many demands for this wage. Gonna do you’re things in the van and stash it next to the people’s food...

Productive and nice work place
Nice work place, nice management and helpful. Different shifts but you always have time for your self. No stressful work. Don't need to rush. Easy can do on time.

Boring and management have no idea what they are doing
Managers have no idea how to talk to people, they think that by getting a title makes them entitled to treat people with disrespect, no one else apart from them knows anything. The system they have for the drivers is absolutely wrong they have you in the waiting area for hours because of delays in the warehouse and then it’s down to the driver to contact customers to explain what’s going on without having any knowledge as to what’s happening

Interview questions

Just be prepared for the rather random, marketing questions that they'll possibly fire at you. Sod the competency questions that you may be expecting... My interviewer proceeded to ask me if I had a good grasp of the English language, and if my CV was 'my own work'.

What do you know about Ocado?

Shared on 25 January 2019

Basic questions but had to fill out myself, along with 50 other people, along with many other forms to sign and then hand over to HR.
