What is the work environment and culture like at Ocado Group?

The company has very high standards for the customers, they'll ask you to be perfect and in my opinion they should look after their employees more than what they do. The job is not very well paid for the routes you'll be doing, sometimes you do 150 miles in a shift and most of the times it's driving by country roads or around the city.

Friendly but alone. Team Managers are helpful as are Marshalls.

Non existence

There work environment is digusting they are all for themselfs and dont care if your in trouble they suppose to by law have flexi hours but once u ask for then they wont give them to you they make u work on a 6 month probation and then fir them to up it if they feel like it

Not too bad, drops are set on tight times. If your late you get hauled into the office to explain why. So you speed a little to get drops on time but risk a speeding fine !!!

Poor. Treated like animals, staff turnover for drivers and warehouse is crazy. Avoid at all costs.
