Dealing with managers on a power trip
Dealing with unplanned management demanding you to deal with there issues
Dealing with ocado incompetence.
Finding different rules apply to people: uniforms an example. Cant get Ocado full uniform until been there 6 months and yet see people that started same time or later already having some part of it.
Working at different temperatures throughout shift. Loading totes to trolleys ready for loading
Timed customer delivery when delayed
Being able to manage the huge amount of deliveries we were given within the time slots.
Learning new tasks on the job while the environment is rather hectic.
Long hours and repetitive and brain deadening days.
City driving.
