Easily the best company to work.
I've worked for a number of companies over the years, some good and some definitely not so good however, without a shadow of doubt OCS are a company I would recommend to anyone looking for a job in security industry, facilities and management positions. The company actually care about their staff, and the managers and supervisors are always available and will assist you in whatever way they can.The wages are always paid in full and on time, and although it is primarily the minimum wage, the opportunity is there to take on extra hours if you need to.

Don't work there
Under staffed and your expected to run round and cover while management do nothing to help. There is no help in doing tasks when you ask for help.Stock to clean is always low so you have to keep borrowing from other stock cupboards just to do your work.Management is not friendly and when you have a problem or voice your opinion, your called out to be having attitude and also falls on deaf ears. When getting your wages you have to constantly check to see if it is right as they always mange to get it wrong and when you do question it, they either make you wait till next pay or make you go through every single shift to make you think you have made the mistake. They dont give you your contract even when you request it. I wouldn't recommend working for ocs to anyone.
