Bad supervisors working for this company

Not a good company to work for ,staff have their special people on sites who they look after. When anything untoward happens irrespective of anything else these are the people they listen too.

Not a good working environment under paid and management couldn't give a toss . Relief guards get paid more than experienced staff and you're expected to pick up the Slack
