  • Understand that a basic host can do your job, know that you to get off your high horse and remember your just as human as these β€œ replaceable β€œ host that you disrespect And talk about when they are not around.

  • Listen to the staff and help when it is required. Being in a management position does not make you better than everyone else.

  • Accept your amateurs at it

  • Learn how to treat people with respect. Understand the unrealistic demands they place on you. GM is clueless

  • Set their priorities in better order, stop expecting unreasonable standards from their staff, and be willing to do the jobs you expect your staff to do on a daily basis (clean, serve, etc.)

  • Quit and get in new managers who understand how management works

  • Listen to employees, and take action against bad management despite them being your friends.

  • Ensure more hours.
