Sometimes fast, sometimes slow, depending on what shift you pick
Working the agency is awfull.
Currently, I'm working for a different agency but nobody forces me to work during a busy period. It seems there is a massive problem if you want to cancel a shift.
During New Year's Eve, they have offered me a minimum wage and forced to work for the minimum wage. But other agencies are offering at least double pay ( Christmas Eve and New Years etc. ).
I would not recommend anyone to work for them.
Most staff I have encountered have been friendly and you do get to know some people after working the same locationn a few times (plus you are more likely to be offered shifts here) plus if you do not like a place you have worked you simply dont apply to that location again. Every shift is different so apply for a variety and see what you like.
