The team is friendly however the warehouse environment isn't for everybody. The work is repetitive so be prepared. Heavily male dominated and very casual management - not the best place for career progression or learning skills.

immature working practices playing fast and loose with heath and food saftey

The culture of the workplace really needed to change unfortunately i was not able to tame the wilder aspects of the team as it all got very primal very quickly. it seemed fun at first but then the games and childish antics all got a bit too much plus the expectation for doing unpaid overtime is not cool

Its a great brand, and im sure will go on to be very succsessful in the future. the structure is somewhat confusing as are the responsibilities of all the employees.

Great place to work brilliant career prospects

Great to be part of a team that cares. Easy work once you get the hang of it. It is long hours and antisocial hours but have received two pay rises in 6 months and now is well paid for the hours worked.
