Some nice people to work with others not so
Management will try to get you to do training in your own time and unpaid. They may ask you to do other tasks and not compensate you for them .Pay rises have to be asked for more than once overtime is not paid at a higher rate. No bonus or incentive schemes. No appreciation for staff .

The worst
Horrible place to work! I worked at the one in nuneanton the manger was vile and unprofessional and most of the staff were no better. It was the worst job I have ever had because of the manger and the staff. Never work with so many tossers at one time best thing I ever did was leave if cancer was a job this would be it stay clear

Great environment
Loved every minute of working here and would of been there for ever but due to COVID the business went quite because most of the customers are now working from home indefinitely so our customers are down to hardly any such a shame I’m so sad I loved this job

Ok to work for. Communication could bebetter
Olive catering are a small independent catering company who are based in the Midlands.I worked for them for 13 years before being made redundant. Not a bad company to work for Each day would be different time always went quickly there was always pressure to hit budget which became more difficult each year I worked there

Good Times.
A Company that doesn't pressure you, and allows you to have freedom to work within your capable skills.Good working teams are vital to a good working environment, and I was fortunate enough to work with a great fun team, also with a company goal. Shame covid ended the prospect of moving forward with the team and company.
