What is the organisational culture at Omni?
Very bad. you arent updated if a shift is cancelled or changed and they do not pay you for travel time. ive been to a shift and waited an hour and a half to see if the shift is still on then sent home with no reinbursement for travel or time.Asked 13 September 2017
