Supervisor in London stansted airport
on 10 December 2019
Poor management
Poor management from the top no support and always looking to point finger at staff for anything that goes wrong in a stressful environment. Always looking to suspend and If your not one of the managers favourites you wont progress very far in the company. Favourites always promoted regardless of experience
Passenger Assistant in Liverpool airport
on 19 July 2021
Fast paced , stressful not enough staff on each shift
Bad management. Had favourites who got better shifts . Expect you to come in at the drop of a hat literally within an hour when they call you . Rubbish pay for what you do
Passenger Service Agent in Edinburgh Airport
on 4 September 2020
Poor pay for important role assisting vulnerable passengers
Love the role but its poorly paid with no benefits. We walk miles in one shift and often lifting and carrying. Sometimes this is a thankless job. Huge group of old time employees make life difficult for new staff. These people dont know how to behave.
Cleaner (part-time) in Heathrow, Greater London

Don’t bother working for them
I turned up to the interview and I got the job on the spot, they didn’t even ask me anything (very professional and legit). The hourly rate I received was different to what was advertised and they didn’t pay me for a few days that I worked. I called a member of the payroll staff and she was rude and proceeded to yell at me over the phone even though I didn’t say anything wrong or raised my voice. I was actually told by colleagues before leaving that management throw away timesheets and then say you didn’t work that day so they don’t have to pay you. They also thought that they could just call me whenever and expect me to show up. For my airside pass they called me in about 3 times and the only time it was worth it was when I had actually received the pass (which they could’ve emailed, but no they love wasting the time and money of employees). They also called me telling me to come in to work and I had to make the journey there, waited for 40 minutes for management to get off their backs because I only had a temporary pass and needed to be escorted, just for them to tell me that it turned out they didn’t need anyone and sent me back home (??!)Management is poor (as everybody else has mentioned), they constantly shout at employees and mistreat them. You’d think they’ve got the weight of the world on their shoulders by the way they act, when really every time I looked I only ever saw them gossiping and eating food. They behave like they’re working for some well renowned company - get off your high horse, you’re the manager of about 40 people at a company that’s bottom of the barrel. Can’t believe this dump is still running. Don’t work here unless you want to be underpaid (if paid at all), looked down upon and abused. One month of my life I will never get back, the only thing that made it somewhat bearable were the colleagues who were lovely to work with - well most of them.
Ambassador in Heathrow Airport - All terminals
on 17 July 2020
A very good company to work for.
I don’t want to leave my current company but the whole Ambassadors contract has been made Redundant by Heathrow Airport. I’ve enjoyed working for this company and the Managers are fantastic. During this current pandemic I have been a key worker.
