Good team but lack of management input & poor salary
The colleagues I work with are knowledgeable and friendly people who will help you on your way. In the 10 months I have been here I have had little training and have found management to be hands off and treat colleagues differently and sometimes not respectful. Toxic and poor leadership . Lots of fire fighting and reactive management . IT issues hinder progress , labtops badly set up and constantly failing but IT will ‘repair” but take weeks to complete Finance are rubbish paying invoices. OHG was once a great place to work.
One housing was a great place to work. New management decimated the work place, ruining the atmosphere and morale of of the existing team. Many people left as a result of this new structure. I hear regularly how bad things have become since my departure. I used to enjoy the time at OHG, yet towards the end, it became a toxic and an awful place to work. Avoid avoid avoid, unless you are incredibly desperate. Support Officer in South London, Greater London

Bullying culture steming from Managment who turn staff against oneanother,no regards no support when concerns are raised this includes harrasement of staff and when concerns are raised these include safeguarding and a culture of pushing these stated concerns under the carpet and victimise staff who speak up. Alot of good staff have been used as objects and therefore leave the organisation due to all of the above. All your hard work done and wages are more not paid accurately. An organisation/culture that needs to learn from there mistakes and be accountable. Its a my experience and of others whom have currently and previoisly worked for onehousing. What would you say about your employer?
