The team you work with are 100% professional the job itself unfortunately has awkward shift patterns and low pay and working every weekend that would be the hardest part of the job for me other than that its a very easy job unload the aircraft quickly safely from the inbound flight and reload quickly safely for the outbound flight along with your allocated team.
