It depends on the role you’ve applied for! If you’ve applied for a Trainee Engineer role, we’ll usually ask you to complete some online questions, do a video interview and attend an assessment centre. If you’ve applied to a role in Head Office, your recruiter will be able to tell you more.

We might need you to work over the Christmas bank holidays (even Santa has a phone!), but we’ll try and be as flexible as we can. If you do work a bank holiday, we’ll pay you overtime. Like in any business, you’ll need to be available on the working days between Christmas and New Year, unless you take it as holiday.
