Personally, I just love hearing people’s reaction to all the things we do that they didn’t know about!

  • Embarrassed to tell people I work for open reach to be frank. Whoever says "good salary" is either lying or had an even worse salary before they joined. People treat engineers like slaves and everyone knows the engineers are the lowest in the company. Embarrassing company !!

  • I like the thought of being out and about and not stuck to a desk, I’m very hands on a love to problem solve. I enjoy meeting new people so meeting new customers and visiting different places that being someone’s home or a company excites me . I love new challenges and am always willing to learn new things . I always aim to go above and beyond in a place of work so that I can deliver the best customer service and work to the maximum of my ability . I’ve also noticed and spoke with people who work for the company that’s always been praised and I’m aware that the initial training is excellent.

  • Great job
    Good salary

    Good pension

    Interesting

  • Good initial training

  • It’s the type of work I’m interested in, such as always being on the move and working with my hands
