If you're finishing your job/shift and it's near somewhere you planned to go to after work, ie a restaurant, family etc - can you take your van there, then go home? Providing the location is close to the job. Or do you have to go straight home, get your car then go back?

  • It is essential to drive home, firstly to support the excellent staff care system which monitors your progress through the day, and also to maintain a positive image of the company as a truly professional outfit.

  • You would have to take the van to your designated overnight parking place. Either an exchange or your home. No personal use at all is permitted in the work vehicle, however, you can flex off work up to 1 hour a day as long as you have built this up and you have finished your work (maximum of 6 hours flex balance allowed).
