Good job with good hours, good staff but poor from director level. Recent payrise not in line with inflation so real terms paycut but the highers don't seem to mind that

Overall good company to work for with many benefits including decent salaries, cycle2work scheme, discounted BT products, salary finance etc. Very target driven and profit focused and can be stressful at times. Much of the job is down to who your manager is and experiences can vary greatly.
Pros
Decent salary, Good development & promotion opportunities, Discounted BT products and other employee benefits, Park work van at home (for engineers), good union.
Cons
Corporate culture and target driven, Disciplinaries for petty misdemenours and trying to catch staff out, working in all weather conditions
