Overall great place to work with good benefits and progression
Good salary, overall good work life balance, each day is different. Only downside is the way the business is changing and the work contracts, not like they used to be and the managers are under stress/not paid enough which comes down to the engineers.
Pros
Pay, opportunities
Cons
All weather working, management

Good
Can be stressful and physically demanding. Overall a good job if you deal with stress and have a strong mind and body. Job does require you to go up poles and work at hight or confined spaces.

Good at working autonimously.
Good job for working autonomously. Fault finding on the job. Interaction with the customers. Good job using knowledge I attained before leaving the RAF and put into practice working for Openreach. Job satisfaction when you give the customer a telephone line after they have been without for some time.
Pros
Good pension scheme. Working Autonimously. Job satisfaction.
Cons
Working in all weathers.
