Great working environment, although Head Office is in Glasgow the communication is great and there is a one team feel to the working culture, the support network is in place to ensure that you thrive in your role.
It was enjoyable to work the team were great but never had a manager the company would look at every way to save cost, got rid of regional managers and store managers and expected store staff to do management
