(Apply direct to DHL) The job itself is ok; if you are really in need of money, would stay away from this agency as they are just there to get employees quickly without proper assessment and even after you are hired they are rude and don’t communicate! They act nice in-person initially but not after.

Truly a disappointment

Ever since joining the company and role I was employed for, there has been nothing but disappointment. Training, pay, management - in general & poor quality treatment and respect for their colleagues - communication between Optime and employee are poor to non-exsitent. When attempting to contact them regarding anything, it seems like no one is in the office (Crawley) - but when attending, the office is always full - it takes an age for someone to pick up the phone, when they do the solution is to phone back, and no one ever knows what the situation of the previous call was about, so the process starts again.

Busy workplace, no days are ever the same

They took long to get back to me at first but after that training was smooth it was three days at a nearby site. There are busy and slow days depending on school holidays/season. You meet nice people at work but there’s also people you have to be wary of. So my advice is don’t get comfortable with people too quickly. Management at the airport have their favourites and are usually harsh. You’re not allowed to take tips which is interesting. You work 4 days on and 2 days off so it’s good for anyone who likes a good work/life balance.

Great place to work

Airport removal operative (Current Employee) - London - 23 April 2022

Great agency to work with, helped me with quick paperwork to get my blue ID for Heathrow Airport. Also not like other agencies, they allow you to get transferd to company easily. Some agencies make it impossible to move to companies if they want to take you directly.

Despite all the reviews I saw prior to starting with Optime, I can say that they are a great agency! They provide amazing training, you can always call them if you have any questions and they will always find a solution to your problem.

I got offered the job, then they never responded to my emails or texts ever again. They offered bad pay and very few benefits.Overall just made me realise to never go with a recruitment agency again because Optime were unreliable.

Very good recruitment agency
