No respect
Staff are over worked due to staff shortage, on your days off you get alot of phone calls asking you to work, attitude of management is very poor and they arent flexible with staff who have children.

Horrible place to work

The worst place to work.
I worked at optimum youth care in Harrow. The work environment is terrible, the manager is a complete JOKE, staff constantly talk about one another and haven't had enough Training with dealing with young People with challenging behaviour. Overall I left optimum youth care damaged mentally and had changed my perspective on the youth care system and opened my eyes. No work life balance pushed above your means
No work life balance, no support from the office and if you need to go into the office you can cut the atmosphere with a knife.. Not friendly and can make you feel a bother What would you say about your employer?
