Optivo is one of if not the best housing association to work for.

If you want to do your job to a good standard and with a cheerful can do attitude while observing all regulations and guidelines you'll get on just fine, but if you want to shurk off and skive all day then you best avoid Optivo, the whole workforce at optivo work together as one unit to get the work done to a good standard and in good time regardless if they are high up the management tree or the new trainee learning new skills. Everyone treats everyone with respect and nobody gets treated badly. It's definitely a place for people who like to do their best everyday.

Unstable environment

In house promotion us few and far between. Once you get into a niche position you end up being stuck in a rut. The pay is good so not easy to look elsewhere for a job for less money

Happy clappy drone culture.

All face - keep smiling, tell management they're great and you'll do well. Still using Gober - pathetic attempt at mind shaping. Management completely out of touch

Overworked

A company whose executive team are wildly out of touch and would benefit from thinking outside of their echo chamber. There is a lack of strategy and strategic thinking and poor/inconsistent decision making is prevalent.

Good training courses

Colleagues are friendly. Management too corporate. They don't recognise loyalty. Too focused on senior management and not the staff on the front line.
