I would look at the current rate that people are leaving certain departments and try to understand why this is happening. I would review the main cause for sickness (which is tress and anxiety) to establish how as a buisiness this could be improved (see Simply Business as an example).

The lies and unfair treatment from other staff, especially superiors, who really act like they are superior to you in every way. Being forced to put yourself in a code for whatever you're doing in the day, and apart from breaks, being given "10 minutes personal time" to use through the day and being threatened with consequences if you go over by even half a minute. Terrible workplace.
