Not a good place to work
I've worked in multiple department at this company and there has alway been one thing equally in common - The management is poor. Though you work to your limits this is not appreciated. If overtime is offered and they dislike you for a personal reason you aren't allowed to do it. There is a very low morale from workers and not a lot of respect from lazy mangers. Old Boys club management!
Very low moral, low wages, high work load, not much support! There is a great deal of departmental 'warring' & blame culture. Management don't care or help, terrible attitudes.Expected to work extra hours with no pay to get the job done!
