The reason I chose Oscar was one due to the amazing training scheme and the fact we also have an in house trainer as well. Mainly though I chose Oscar for the people and culture they have from the second I walked into the office I was made to feel welcomed and comfortable and I knew it was the office I wanted to work in.

I chose Oscar, because from the moment I walked in, I received a warm welcome and from there I knew I wanted to be part of the buzzing team! With the competitive bonus structures, the school of excellence and the friendly, passionate and welcoming staff I knew this was the place to begin my career in recruitment! 4 weeks in, it has not disappointed!
