Anyone reading this, do not apply to work for OTL.. they will give you hidden charges not mentioned to you before you start, they will not communicate with you or each other to help you understand what is happening. They are all friends so you as an individual will not be treated fairly. I lost a lot more doing this job then I actually earned.

Long hours but the money is great

When I was working there, it was necessary to work 7 days a week (something which has now been stopped) but the financial reward made it worthwhile. OTL have contracts with Amazon for all of their delivery services including Fresh, Same Day, Next Day and Prime and you can work either with a scooter or with a van. They will provide you with a van if you don't own one yourself but will charge a weekly fee for this to cover the rent and insurance. OTL also have contracts with other companies, e.g. GSF Car Parts, Euro Car Parts, etc.

Poor company

Wouldnt ask to work at this company again if I was on fire and they had the only water in 100miles Treated and spoke to like dirty on the bosses shoes People would not Speak in English so you didn't understand them avoid

Bad management

They don’t respect your rights

They didn’t consider my rights as a self employed and didn’t pay me anything at all when I left the company because I hadn’t given them 2 weeks notice! So if you don’t give them 2 weeks notice before you leave they won’t pay you. I worked for free for then for 2 weeks! The Owner just care about money and don’t respect your rights!

OTL is a busy environment on a daily basis. I'd learned how to manage people and plan the day, week and month ahead. Some part of the management needs to improve for the benefice of the company. As a start up the company, the culture is constantly changing. The hardest part of the job is to deal with the different culture of all the drivers. Flexible hours and always a new challenge.

They treat you like cattle. Expect you to ride in storm like conditions and snow and ice.....very dangerous! ! Can't have any time off if you are sick. And if you do have a day off sick they deduct all your attendance allowance for that week. Unnecessary long hours at weekends. You earn less at the weekends and bank holidays than you do during the week.

Worst company ever worked. If can’t attend the work for some reason they will cut all shift for all week you’ve done. Managers doesn’t speak english. They never answering calls or emails. The only £12 p/h they paying in London. This company have stupid rules. From february OTL will sign contract with zego insurance. All drivers must pay £200 per month for food insurance. Otl already lost contracts with pizza express and other restaurants.
