Interesting workplace

OPG is a workplace for those with real passion about SEN children and those who are not afraid of challenges daily. The children are amazing and definitely teach you alot. Great to support the young people but difficult environment

The team can be quite cliquey and management did not seem to care much about their staff or staff wellbeing. Being able to support the young people was the best part of the job

Not worth the stress!!

Management have no clue about care. Don't want to listen to those who actually work with the young people. Unsupported throughout whole time there. If your a bully, you are welcomed, if you care and are hard working, you are used.
