Swindon centric

No progression opportunities for staff working outside of Swindon. An “us and them” mentality between other offices and Swindon. A lot of people who have been there for a few years do very little and get away with it. Very resistant to change

Not really a good place to work any more

Not really a good place to work any more. Too many changes, too many people have left. People used to stay for a long time but not many do now. People are let go and replaced by new ones who are then let go and replaced by new ones. Its a revolving door.

Great Company

Outsource UK is an excellent company to work for. They offer plenty of opportunities to individuals who show themselves. With a variety of incentives in place for their staff. Their management style is firm when you are underachieving but when you are on target their are plenty of different rewards and appraises from all of the company.
