Our fleet has grown to a staggering 1000 units of most specifications. We can accommodate deliveries that would require van access only to the more complex such as moffett deliveries, slider flex trailers to low loaders - the list is endless!

With 90% of the fleet now being under 3 years old & a solid in house maintenance team - we have absolute assurance of reliability, fuel efficiency and driver satisfaction

Our customers benefit from dealing with highly experienced account managers - many of which hold a Road Transport Management CPC accreditation, ensuring routes are planned within legal drivers hours and duty time. These personnel have an eagle's eye on our central planning departments over the country and keep in close liaison with the customer services teams - ensuring highly effective communication between the initial booking through to effective delivery

We are able to keep in contact with drivers using the latest live tracking technology. Our bespoke transport planning system allows visibility of the network to all depots

This service operates 24/7 - with our night shift operation growing by some 100% in the last two years

Avoid at all costs

It's a revolving for policy at Owens transport Wrexham. Terrible management, terrible wages and terrible attitudes towards staff. Avoid at all costs or you'll regret it.

Run by 1 person if he doesn’t like you forget it ! Forced onto shifts may not want A lot other things going on A lot agency in solo working sometimes Can be flexible if required at times

a day at work

arrive at work bout 15 mins before shift starts to see if any probs with shunter unit.do my usual walk round safety checks and yard safety checks.then do all the shunt moves required using a pda tablet..once the sshift is finished check the yard and the shunt unit again then clock out
