Oxfam does not require background checks but honesty is a good quality to have

It was a simple form, as this is just a simple volunteering job there was no prior experience or qualifications required. They just wanted you to be motivated and ready for the challenge.

Basically the paid staff make sure they employ their friends, it's a nice Job for sure, but you won't get one if you start out as a Volunteer, even if they say this.

Because of management very rude, nasty,lying bullies I can't stand bullies and liars.

As with any interview just be dressed smart & don't be too nervous.

Just going straight to the store and asking about job vacancies is the best way to go. You fill out a form and they then contact you.
