Always above contracted hours, unpaid. No scope for extra shifts or overtime. Usually 9-5, limited scope for flexible working and no remote working. On rotation there are ‘late shifts’ 1-9pm to cover the old crisis team workload. Should be every 8 weeks for one week on. But due to staffing can be more 4weekly.
