A forever changing place to work
A company which is continually in transition looking to change constantly and on a journey to becoming a leading business. New management is building on recent success.

Love working here
Everyone is wonderful, inspiring and considerate. The culture is wonderful with a real care and concern about flexibility and mutual respect. Remote working ability and understanding of life outside work.

Micro managing, un-trusting and old fashioned management style
A great business with a brilliant service and excellent team members however the Cornwall office culture is appalling . The office is an oppressive, over controlled, toxic environment where you’re made to feel un-trusted and constantly micro managed. HR are based out of county and although they’re aware of the problem, they have no interest in doing anything about it. If you value your mental health, I wouldn’t recommend an office role here.

Self-serving
The management is focused on profit and self-promotion. Customers and staff come a distand fourth - inconvenient though necessary evils. This is an organisation that has designed learning out of its business model.

Rather sexist and outdated organisation
Felt they worked for themselves rather than helping businesses. Outdated approach and many women felt they were not treated equally. The modules they claimed as theirs came from other people and they took coaches work and put their own name to it. Business didnt like the 'no solution' approach and often failed to see the benefit.
