Great place to work
Oxford Instrument is a great company.Management and HR really helpful. Possibility to work from home and access to a lot of training with Linkedin Learning.

Good workplace, shame about shocking management.
Awful IT leadership, everything else about the Business is great. Early finish on a Friday is a nice extra. Lots of events/freebies which is great. Would recommend joining - just not the IT team!

Good place to work
Good people make it good place to work. I get on well with the team and they all want to improve the growing order book. The management team is quite new but work really weel as a team and very supportive.
