When I worked there everyone was supportive

When I worked at Oxford Private Care they were very supportive. I gained most of my qualifications whilst working there. Management was all for care workers gaining experience and knowledge. In house training was good and always there to listen to you.

Very supportive company I've been with them a number of years and very happy

I started with Oxford Private Care in 2014 and have never looked back. The office are very supportive and its a friendly, safe, flexible working environment. All training is up to date and are good at refreshing this even throughout Covid, we were supported as much as humanly possible. The rates of pay are very competitive and it would be silly of me to consider any other company within this field...
