Pleasant workplace, rewarding job
Past 2 years that I've worked in OPC I met many amazing people both, clients and carers. Company's management team has always supported me and helped me with my development throughout great trainings and help with my NVQ course I was undertaking at the time. When I worked there everyone was supportive

Very supportive company I've been with them a number of years and very happy
I started with Oxford Private Care in 2014 and have never looked back. The office are very supportive and its a friendly, safe, flexible working environment. All training is up to date and are good at refreshing this even throughout Covid, we were supported as much as humanly possible. Stressful place to work
No appreciation from the management for the carers. What should be a 2 person job is given to 1 carer. Long stressful hours with no breaks. If you want your sanity do not work for them.What would you say about your employer?
