I started with Oxford Private Care in 2014 and have never looked back. The office are very supportive and its a friendly, safe, flexible working environment. All training is up to date and are good at refreshing this even throughout Covid, we were supported as much as humanly possible. The rates of pay are very competitive and it would be silly of me to consider any other company within this field. A lot of my colleagues have done this job for many years with Oxford Private Care that is the best future I could ask for. If you need a positive career change this is the best company for it!!!

Lovely company to work for with very friendly and caring staff. Lots of support and guidance given. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help employees when they need it.
