Answered 27 January 2020In the contact centre it is based on shift work, the centre is open from 7.30am until 9pm in winter months / 10pm in summer months. Depending on your contract hours you will either work full time (38 hours) or one of the 2 part time options (30 hours or 18.75 hours) per week. The lowest hours are popular among school and college goers as they can finish college and do a late shift in the evening

Answered 29 December 2020Enjoyable, the crew were like a second family. Was allowed to do my job pretty much as i wished. The team ethic was everthing, if it wasn't for the stock and vleaning you wouldn't think you were at work. Interacting with the passengers and crew i always found great.
