Great colleagues but company only cares about shareholders
Was amazing, love everyone there. They are super friendly and I had some great opportunities. Middle management really care but upper management only care about share price and this has become increasingly apparent in recent months. Theyre still hiring after letting people go and there are people who have been projectless for months.

Good place to work
Good place to work, flexible working conditions. Like all consultancy it’s all about billable hours and getting on to a project. Promotion cycles are once per year and not frequent enough which leads to a loss of talent

Productive and fun workplace
Productive and fun workplace, always opportunity to develop and grow skills, very supportive partners and exposure to different clients in different sectors

Great people but too much focus on utilisation
The people are great. They really care about you and want you to succeed. One of the smartest and friendliest people out there. But it can be hard to get on projects. Too many people on the bench

A good place to work
Overall a good place to work. They support their people to build skills and develop. There is a lot of autonomy over your own career. Progression requires tough choices around work life balance though. They try to present a family vibe to the workplace and culture but profit will always come first before people.
