Half and half

Overall, Pa housing is good to work for mainly for the pay and the flexible working. However managers higher up do not listen, they can micromanage and treat you like a child no matter your age. They do some good bonuses now and again, but not very often. definitely better places to work but the pay is decent.

Senior Management don’t listen

This organisation has an issue in that experienced staff are ignored and decisions by senior management are made for the wrong reasons. Recent major restructure got rid of many good staff members but promoted all the senior management who were responsible for the business performing so badly, they were rewarded for poor performance. Don’t learn from mistakes.

Inclusive and friendly place to work.

Encouraging support from management. Goals set so you know how you should be working. No blame culture and teams culture ensures you always have somebody who can help. Company tries to improve all the time and asks for feedback. Overall good environment.

Shambles — avoid

Shame the management can’t do their own job properly before making it impossible for others to improve and learn the job! Constantly criticised and micro managed by management who don’t know how to do your job and theirs! Not allowed to ask too many questions!
