Great company
Really good management good team work Enjoyed to work there, friendly and helpful staff, organised, respectful.Cooking with love and care for the children using always fresh ingredients.High quality goods prepared under the health and safety standards.

fabulous kitchen staff to work with
always felt short staffed and way underpaid for the work load. On site management made you feel valued but it never reached the top local management. Maybe some staff satisfaction questionnaire's would help

Not a fun place to work
Not a good company to work with; the manager there was nasty and there was so much favouritism.its one of the worst company i ve ever worked. There was no team work at all & the manager & supervisor where like mini GOD.

busy and non stop working
good company at unit level, management left a lot to be desired.always expecting more from the staff with minimal rewards or pay rises.no real support is staff absent.

I have mixed feelings about working for Pabulum.It was a good experience but frustrating as there is not much chance of variation on the menus. There is good support.
