Horrible place to work badly managed

Pacifica group has to be the worst company I have ever worked for they don't appreciate you they blame you if a customer is not home or if they don't get parts to you and they don't pay you your last pay check. Would never advise anyone works for this vile company

Progressive and fast-paced company

I have worked here over 16 years and in that time I have progressed through the business, had opportunities to work across different departments and understand the business as a whole. I started here fresh from university in an entry level position and now I hold a Head of department role. I am very grateful for the opportunities I have had here, I work extremely hard but that has definitely been recognised and I feel valued and important, my voice matters and I am not just an employee number.
