Assembly Operator in St. Columb Major, Cornwall

Productive and fun workplace
I worked there for two years, you have to work a year to get a permanent contract. Work is generally ok, a bit monotonous and boring, it depends on the department. People are friendly, and management is mostly ok.

no security
No notice period given just sacked on the spot due to lack of work regardless of all the efforts made within my time of employment , gradually became draining

Enjoying it
I have worked for Pall for about four months now, and I'm enjoying it currently. The work is a little monotonous, but your colleagues are friendly and management are mostly supportive. The pay is decent for the job role too!

Excellent company to work for
Great professional environment. Management let you get on with your work and offer lot of flexibility. If you work hard and do a good job your efforts will be recognised. Good pay and benefits

Good overall
A good company to work for, follow the rules and procedures and you are fine. Staff are friendly and professional. Lots of new people on site, so it's difficult to know who does what.

Interview questions

I was contacted out of the blue by a job agency. I worked through the agency and the company decided to take me on permanently. I had an interview with the manager and it all went well.
