60 questions about working at Pandora Jewelry
"give an example of great customer service" "Do you know about targets?" E.g targets for the day/money.
Answered 25 August 2020Firstly, we had a sheet of paper to fill in when we got there. We had to write our names, what our strengths are, what were the collections that had been that year e.g. Harry potter & Millie Bobby Brown etc, and what we thought a typical day at Pandora would be like. We were then put into 3 groups of 3/4. We had scenarios e.g. "a 15 year old girl walks in" and we had to suggest what we'd show her & how we would sell it. Writing all our answers on paper - which was good because we didn't have to speak up. They give you a box of jewellery to pick out so you have options. Then we had a 1-1 interview which pretty much just asked what experience you have - give examples of excellent customer service. Finally the manager gave us some questions to answer about the company e.g. names of co founders and a lot of knowledge about the silver. Definitely do your research on the company about current collections and the silver. I really hope this helps as I couldn't find anything on here before I had my interview. Good luck!
