Answer depends from the location of Papa John's. However people in UK always want to buy nice pizza with fresh ingredients. There is no need to worry about it. But the problem is lay in management of this company. If they will know how to react in certain time of the year, differently depending on demand for pizza then they may be more successful than now. Especially in COVID 19 when there is contact free delivery food to the doors they should have more demand than in the past. People don't give the tips to delivery drivers because of this disease. But they still happy to receive pizza from Papa John's. Future of Papa John's also depends how they will change them technology which they use for deliver fresh pizza. If they have proper ovens and really best class ingredients form top shop delivered and produced by best brands. Then the taste of pizza will be better. There should also be more pizzas to choose from menu. They are too simple and this is loosing them reputation. They should follow real Italian style and taste of pizza.
