Easy but poor management
Working here wasnt too hard as shifts were typically short and sometimes too short. My biggest problem while working here was the management. The quality of shifts was almost fully dependent on which managers you you had on that day. I used to dread the days i had to work under a certain manager which shouldnt be the case for any workplace. However co workers were always friendly and the work you ...

Bad
Not the company but where I worked myself was horrible management and pay was literally the minimum and other companies do pay better for 16yr and up.

Challenging at times
Hasty promotion. Lack of breaks and chronic understaffing made the job more stressful than it needed to be. Decent support from management and supervisors.

Good job if like working on your own and when you want to. Rota was posted weekly and can change shifts. Friendly employees and management.Bonus per delivery paid weekly to drivers

There's not necessarily an interview. It's called a shadow. they show you where everything is set up and how to top the pizzas and in the second shadow they teach you how to stretch the pizza bases. After that if they believe you done okay as a beginner you will be started on trial.
