The company is quite flexible. We work online now and I managed to find a good compromise in terms of time invested and productivity. I still get to learn and develop and keep some of my commitments.

The first month has been great

I was introduced on day one to the managers and team leader on who I can rely on feedback and training. I actually developed faster than I would have anticipated in my first week. When you think about it, the system in place is simple and easy to implement. I learned by simply practising with the team. Coaching, workshops and feedback from the manager on a regular basis. I like the fact people’s development is taken seriously. People that actually apply themselves have more chances of progressing faster.

Just started

The first three days were intense, like learning a new sport. I didn’t do well at the beginning. I did receive support and training from the manager and other trainers. Targets gradually increased so I would get comfortable and get the chance to actually practice what I learned. The manager is a good coach. Especially during the lockdown.

Great training for entry-level

The training offered at the entry-level is great! There are a lot of key areas where I can develop. From basic communication skills and interaction, all the way to corporate finance and public speaking. The training is structured to set goals and help me track my progress.

The training offered is very helpful

I like the learning aspect of my role. I think it’s quite rare for a company to offer ongoing training for you to learn new skills and grow a career. What’s important is to spend time with the team. Doing the workshops and going through the training helps achieve better targets, faster.
