Good money, varied work and good management.
Inclding my tme as an agency worker, I have worked at Parcelforce for over five years. I really enjoy my job. There of different roles, and, generally speaking, we're given the oppotunity to try all of them, and select the one we want to do, and swap with someone if need to. Most of the mangement are competent, and treat everyone with respect, irrespective of whether they are directly employed by the company, or by an employment agency. If you turn up, get on with your work and don't take the p**s on your break, they pretty much leave you alone. I have worked in a lot of places, mostly Warehouses, and I can honestly say that this is the best job that I've ever had.

Poor job, poor management at the LDN East Depot.
You are over worked, moaned at and penalised for taking too long to load your vehicle ( you get 30-45 minutes to sort through 160 parcels). When you express your opinions and views your shut down and told that it’s part of your job and to stop moaning. The DCM of one of the teams at LDN East depot has never even done the job before (he doesn’t even have a driving license!). I’m not sure how they can justify putting someone in charge that has never experienced delivery driving before and expect them to understand drivers being overloaded/taking long to load, how long it takes to deliver/find parcels in the back of the van etc.Overall poor experience at PFW.Can’t wait to leave, I strongly recommend anyone thinking about getting a job here NOT to bother.
Part Time General Assistant in Poole

Awfully managed workplace
Not a fun place to work, moods are all very low, no duty of care for staff, management do not care about staff. Bully tactics and sweary attitude to get staff to do more than expected.
Delivery Driver in Edinburgh, City of Edinburgh

Lack of professionalism
Work as a driver via Agency 1 ) Some managers have an attitude problem 2) Over loading of parcels with lack of planning 3) Start shift at 8am arrive back home at 8:30pm long days 4) Lack of support when it comes to vehicle breakdowns or mechanical issues such as loose break disc, faulty electrics. Boxes over safety (Red Flag)5) Management blames the individual driver rather than take responsibility as a whole
