I started work as a telephonist and ended up as a Fleet Administrator working upto 50 hours per week without overtime and with very little Management support which is why I eventually left after unsuccessful conversations with an uncaring Management system.

Really bad company

Lie to Drivers about rates give you false salary in job advertisement at first they give good jobs but Within a month they cut your job by 50% they continuously Employ drivers week after week so have fewer jobs and don’t car how they treat drivers for this reason because they will never be without a driver. They have to many charges on top of commission from each job what they charge clients is no where near sufficient to what drivers are paid over all this is a really bad company full of lies they expect you to only do their jobs so you come out of house all day waiting for jobs and sometimes you don’t even make £100

Friendly Company - Family Spirited

Good staff culture - generally happy vibes in office but long hours. CEO sits in the same office and is friendly and approachable and will atleast hear you out!

Stay away

Overworked, not allowed breaks. Managers under so much stress they use bully tactics . Terrible pay with long hours To much pressure that everyone argues with everyone .

long hrs

you can be on the road for about 13 hrs then you can make decent money but alot of waiting on the road to get next job some times no jobs for 3 hrs but not every day is the same.
