To further aid in our community safety roles, Parkguard is accredited under the Community Safety Accreditation Scheme (CSAS) by the Metropolitan Police Service, Hertfordshire Constabulary and Essex Police. As a result, we hold a range of delegated powers under the Police Reform Act 2002. Our service delivery is aimed at supporting statutory service provision with roles that compliment local policing and partners, under the regulation and direction of the Local Authority and Police. This enables us to enhance our supportive role in managing anti-social behaviour (ASB), preventing crime and addressing quality of life related issues.

Professional and friendly company

Throughout my time working within the company I have found the team, management and clients to be friendly and extremely helpful. The pay is decent and there is a large amount of job satisfaction. No negatives to state.

Was a fun and enjoyable experience

Staff level dropped, standards are no longer there as from previously when joined the organisation years ago. Company however does invest a lot of money on individuals from uniform to training.

Good company

Paid could be better, but overall is a very good company to work for. Good co workers and always something to learn. Good trampoline if you’re looking into policing or council job.

Great company to work for!

I have worked for Parkguard for just under a year and in this time I have learned so much. The company provides a weeks worth of training in the head office before you start which really helped me to understand the role more! Worth it

Solid management, stable job. Former employee here, was nice time with the guys. Helpful bosses, polite colleauges. Left the job for a better paying one, but wont regret spending my time with them.
