Stressful and non-relax workplace
It was really stressful environment, but advantage which I noticed it was that I could have contact with people. I learnt new skills and gained experience. It was really busy place to work.

Relaxed place to work
It gets busy on certain days and it can be fast-paced but overall, it was a great place to work. The hours were fair and flexible, the owner Paul is a great guy and is a friend as well as a boss. Highly recommend anyone to work there that loves cooking brunch style food in harborne.

Meet nice people but management is horrible
Shifts can be 11 hours at most and if you're over 18, the minimum is 8 hours. You can be on the rota for days and days on end without a break or a holiday unless you call in sick. The colleagues are the nicest people you can meet, however, the management is horrible. You can be called at any moment to come in and work and there is always chaos in the store. Managers talk about you behind your back and are rude to you if you do something wrong.

Friendly work.
I learn a lot in a very busy coffee and bakery shop, manage all difficult situations, how to deal with customers, customer service, using tills, work as a barista an in production as well. I enjoyed the work in that shop and the people in that store. That was my first good job in the UK where I didn't have any experience.
